POOL BIRTHDAY PARTIES

GUIDELINES

1-                 All pool events must be sponsored by a RPCC member in good standing.

2-                 All Club pool rules and policies apply to events held at the pool.

3-                 All requests for pool parties must be made through the Club office ahead of time to insure availability.

4-                 Pool parties must be held during regular pool hours to avoid additional usage fees set by the Club.

5-                 All guests at such events must pay the current pool guest fee regardless of weather they intend to swim or not.

6-                 Parties of 20 guests or less will not be charged a lifeguard fee.  For parties over 20 guests, we will assess an additional charge of $50 per lifeguard for every 20 guests.  

7-                 All food and beverage must be purchased from the Club.  Birthday cakes may be brought in for a scheduled event and will be assessed a $10 fee or $0.50 per person whichever is higher.

8-                 The Club offers the following special menu for $7.50 plus sales tax and 18 % gratuity:

·        Soft drinks, vanilla ice cream cup, and French fries or chips

·        (Choice of one): Kids hot dog, kids burger, or kids chicken strips.

9-                 The Club also offers other menu options that may be chosen and charged accordingly.

10-            All pool parties are to be held to a maximum of three hour duration.
