RidgePointe Country Club was established in 1994 and the course was in full swing by August of 1997. RidgePointe is nestled in the base of Crowley's Ridge. It offers the player a unique serenity of rolling hills, lakes, trees, and open areas.
Located on the southwest edge of Jonesboro, RidgePointe boasts a fun and challenging test of golf in Northeast Arkansas. Carefully sculptured in 120 acres, the facility includes an 18 hole golf course, driving range, practice bunker, and two practice putting greens. We pride our self on offering the player the most esthetics pleasing facility in the area. We have become renown for our greens: including shape and contour, most importantly, their playability. We are currently an active member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
The course was designed by Dave Bennett from Austin Texas. Its strength is that it offers the player a fun test of golf. The player has the opportunity to use the clubs in their bag to create and sculpt many different shots. It may be the only golf course west of the Mississippi River to have back to back par five's on each side.
The course has become an integral element of the Men's and Women's golf team from Arkansas State University. Presently, we are the home of the Arkansas State Men's Indian Golf Classic. This brings great collegiate golf from some of the most exciting universities across America.
