SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
A. The pool will be open Tuesday through Saturday, weather permitting, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Lifeguards will be on duty daily, or as usage is needed.
B. Children age fourteen and older may swim unattended, while lifeguards are present, provided their parents feel such children are responsible and mature enough to care for themselves or the child is able to swim the entire length of the pool without stopping. Children who do not meet these requirements must be accompanied by an adult member or babysitter.
C. Wading pool privileges shall follow the same hours as the swimming pool. Adults and babysitters caring for children using this area MUST be present and in constant attendance. Baby carriages, scooters, playpens, and other similar items are not permitted in the wading pool.
D. The RidgePointe Country Club pool is open to members and their guests. Guest fees of $5.00 per guest will be charged to the appropriate member’s account. The member is responsible for the conduct of their guest and any charges they may incur. Each in-town guest (living within 40 miles of the Club) may only visit once per month. Out-of-town guests may visit four times per month.
E. Appropriate dress will be required in the pool area. Cutoffs are not considered appropriate dress. Cover-up or tee shirts and shoes/sandals must be worn in all dining areas, including the 19th Hole.
F. No pets of any kind will be permitted in the pool area.
G. NO DIVING, RUNNING, UNNECESSARY ROUGHNESS, OR BOISTEROUS PLAY IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. All pool floats or toys require approval of the lifeguards.
H. The following activities on the slides are prohibited: no sliding head first, no toys on slides, no more than one person on the slide at a time, no hanging on the slides, no water guns.
I. Only food and beverages purchased at RidgePointe Country Club will be allowed at the swimming pool. No glass containers are allowed.
J. Lifeguards and Club management will report to the Board of Directors any persons who fail to comply with the above rules. Lifeguards have full authority to enforce all pool rules.
K. All private pool parties must be booked through the Club office.
L. Members are encouraged to properly dispose of all trash and food containers.
