Exercise alone is not the answer to weight loss! All too often after a work out, people reward themselves with their favorite food or drink. The problem is, the calories in their food or drink choice, exceeds the calories they burned in their exercise session. Exercise is not a free ticket to eat whatever you want. It is a numbers game! To lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume. That’s why it’s important not only to exercise, but also to have a sound nutrional plan in place. Keeping a diary of all food intake makes it easier to track your calories consumed and expended. To make a change in your body fat, you are going to have to make a changes in your caloric balance.
