“Spain vs. USA” Wine Dinner

Thursday, June 17^th – reception @ 6:00 p.m.,

Dinner @ 6:30 p.m.

$60 ++ per person

We will compare 2 Sparkling wines, 2 Chardonnays,

and 2 Cabernet Sauvignons from Spain and the USA!

Reception:

Dinner:

1- Broiled chicken breast with lemon caper butter

2- Grilled shrimp with saffron cream

Served with parmesan buttered angel hair pasta and baby asparagus

1- Pan seared beef medallion

2- Grilled quail

Accompanied with olive scented hunter’s sauce and wild rice with fresh baby carrots
