A wedge of Iceberg lettuce with tear drop tomatoes, European cucumber, and crumbled blue cheese topped with Balsamic vinaigrette

Entrée

Grilled twin beef tenderloin medallions atop soft rosemary cheese polenta with an oyster mushroom Cognac sauce

Or

Pan seared grouper served over angel hair pasta with a roasted red pepper dill sauce

(Entrees come with heart shaped parmesan roasted potato and a tomato cup filled with baby carrots and broccoli florets)

Dessert

Fillo cup filled with Chef’s homemade Godiva chocolate mousse topped with fresh berries and garnished with a chocolate hand dipped Strawberry
