“First Love”
Grilled marinated shrimp entwined over a bed of fresh sautéed baby spinach and a trio of house breaded oysters.
“Two Hearts Salad”
Heart of palm and artichoke heart coupled over micro greens and Belgium endive with passion fruit vinaigrette.
“Ageless Romance”
Pan seared tournedos of beef served over mixed vegetable linguini and finished with a saffron cream sauce.
Or
Roasted romaine wrapped halibut served with rosemary-thyme butter.
(Both entrees are garnished with a heart shaped cheese polenta and accompanied with roasted mini baked potatoes, asparagus tips, and baby carrots).
“Last Fling”
Duet of raspberry & chocolate mousse served in a wine glass; garnished with chocolate covered strawberry.
Reservations recommended. Children’s menu available. The 19th Hole will be available for regular dining.
