Appetizer:
Lobster bisque with diced lobster
Shrimp cocktail with traditional red sauce
Grilled quail over sautéed leeks with Hunters’ sauce
Salad:
Wedge of Iceberg lettuce with diced Roma tomato, European cucumber, and heart of palm served with parmesan tomato tarragon vinaigrette
Entrée:
(All entrées served with baby baked potato and a vegetable medley in a tomato cup)
Broiled lobster tail and beef tenderloin medallion with Béarnaise sauce - $48
Pan seared grouper with crabmeat Newberg sauce $45
Chef David’s beef Wellington- Tender beef filet topped with mushroom duxel and Black Forest ham and wrapped in puff pastry; served with a red wine Demi Glaze sauce - $47
Pan seared chicken breast on a bed of sautéed spinach with baby Arugula and pesto-tomato sauce and blue cheese - $39
