Appetizer:
Lobster bisque with diced lobster
Shrimp cocktail with traditional red sauce
Beef tenderloin & portabella mushroom Napoleon over a tomato puree
Salad:
Wedge of Iceberg lettuce with diced Roma tomato, European cucumber, and heart of palm served with sun dried tomato tarragon vinaigrette
Entrée:
(All entrées served with tourner purple and Yukon gold potato and a vegetable medley in a tomato cup)
Lobster tail stuffed with shrimp & crabmeat stuffing - $48
Sautéed beef tournedos with artichoke bottom and béarnaise sauce - $49
Grilled Chilean sea bass served over puff pastry round; drizzled with sorrel cream sauce - $52
Chicken in Paradise- chicken breast seasoned with jerk seasoning grilled and topped with papaya-kiwi-mango salsa; garnished with crispy prosciutto ham chips - $38

Bananas Foster served over French vanilla bean ice cream
